which provides one-on-one support on campus for the computer purchased or any related

Should you experience a problem with your computer or any product purchased at the Tech Center, you would have to go no further than the Brown Bookstore.
We are also a Dell and Apple authorized service center and service any Brand such as HP, Lenovo, etc.
We stock many warranty items to enable immediate component replacements for computers purchased at the Bookstore. Example: chargers, batteries, etc.
Our standard computer models are usually better priced than online or elsewhere, as we negotiate prices directly with the manufactures or academic distributors.

Instructions for navigating through Apple_Bookstore
Tech Center:
1.
Configure/customize
system until proposal is complete
On Review Proposal page, select Create
proposal
2.
Sign in with your Apple ID, which will be
your email address and enter password
3.
If you do not have an Apple ID and password
create one
4.
On Proposal information form, enter
computer_store@brown.edu in Purchasing
agent's email window and continue
5.
Make sure your email address is in
additional email address field
6.
Select continue
7.
The Computer Store receives your order as a
proposal
8.
We will then contact you to confirm your
order. If confirmed we will place your order
from stock or through our Apple-Brown
channel with all applicable educational and
special store promotional discounts.
9.
Lastly, we send you the order
confirmation
